Lykke shares were issued as coloredcoins on the Bitcoin blockchain. Because shares move over the blockchain this enables transparency. Coinprism shows the current owners, and all transactions.

In the competition roughly 6,000,000 shares were paid out with the promise of a buyback of 0.004 USD per share over 1 year. This would imply a valuation of 5,000,000 USD. So 0.75% of the total shares were paid out in the initial phase of the competition. |

1,285,690,000 is the current supply of this token so 35,690,000 more tokens have been issued since your post? How many more will be issued?
At ~$0.05/token, the current valuation of the company is $64,284,500? Do these tokens represent 100% of the company's equity? BTW, the link above says the token is discontinued.
